At Sanctum Homes, we believe that collaboration between the client, builder and designer is the key to a successful project. Our team are also proficient in project management to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. When we follow our pre construction process, we guarantee to be on time, and on budget, giving you peace of mind before the project even starts.
After the call, assuming we can help, we'll organise an on-site meeting to discuss our process and take a look at the site.
About Sanctum Homes
At Sanctum Homes, we practice what we preach. Led by our director Hamish White, our experienced team and network of project partners are hand-selected based on their passion for delivering sustainable homes and superior craftsmanship.
We have worked our process into three stages:
Concept Stage
We focus on understanding and translating your vision, helping you find the right architect if needed. We’ll offer advice on improving sustainability, buildability, and livability, ensuring the design aligns with your budget and goals. Once ready, we’ll provide an assessment of estimated costs and timelines to establish feasibility.
Develop Stage
We create preliminary construction documents and finalize specifications, ensuring they align with your budget. We’ll ensure the documentation reflects the architect’s vision and seek approval from the Registered Building Surveyor.
Construct Stage
We provide a detailed program to keep you informed about progress, aiming to make the experience enjoyable while realizing your vision. Updates continue until handover and beyond.
